Yep. Judge has to be hard on the side that's going to obviously win, otherwise there could be a case for retrial. If there cant be fairness there should be a fuckloaf of scrutiny. Its a slam dunk.

Federal judges can be real hardasses sometimes! Haven't read the transcripts but generally reading selected passages someone else with an agenda picks out for you to read is not a good window in the mind of the judge. As for the way this case is going, whom knows. We'll have to wait until the ruling!
