Real sex is almost never like porn. It is in the most basic sense but if you are "here to fix the cable" you aren't likely to get laid. I think that porno might give people an unrealistic expectation. Just find the clit and go from there or just do what makes her make noise/move around/squirm in a good way and keep doing that.
