Don't need data.... Take out all the white people, move the niggers in, and watch how fast crime rate goes up in that area.

Who needs data when you have opinions, amirite?
Here's an anecdote:
The last time I stopped in Redding was when I was driving up the 5 to Oregon, and I was too tired to keep driving through the night. I pulled over and found a motel by the highway. The available room they gave me had had it's door kicked in and all the furniture had been stolen. I had to return to the desk and try to explain this to the clerk sitting behind six inches of glass to get a room with a door I could lock. The kid in the parking lot who was spending way too much time hanging around my car when I woke up was, in fact, white and pretty friendly. He offered to sell me some speed before he peddled away on his bike.

California is massive, I’ve lived there my whole life and I’ve never been north of Fresno.

See, my point exactly! Had it been filled with blacks, your car would have been vandalized, there would have been at least 10 niggers surrounding you, then they would beat you up for not buying any speed.
Instead, you were met by a friendly white guy, who was watching your car while you slept, and he offered to sell you some speed.
P.S. I'm also pretty sure that the white kid didn't steal that bike.

Short answer is not really. Hwy 5 drive through and at best may have stopped for gas? North of at Shasta Yes indeed. 98% of trips up the 5 was for Oregon. Or Washington St or CANADA! Most trips to Canada was by Air
Using Wikipedia to see population results in: The racial makeup of Redding was 77,117 (85.8%) White, 1,092 (1.2%) African American, 2,034 (2.3%) Native American, 3,034 (3.4%) Asian, 156 (0.2%) Pacific Islander, 2,307 (2.6%) from other races, and 4,121 (4.6%) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 7,787 persons (8.7%).
Using other links to find crime rate Redding IS!
Within California, more than 96% of the communities have a lower crime rate than Redding. Importantly, when you compare Redding to other communities of similar population, then Redding crime rate (violent and property crimes combined) is quite a bit higher than average.
(1.2%) African American, Is a very very low number.

OK U win
My home address is the 101 Hwy and here in Cardiff by the Sea it's called S Coast Highway 101
No one will quibble if someone says South Coast 101
What gets tricky is just North of me it becomes N Coast Highway 101 and then the next city up changes the name to its City. Then it again becomes South Coast 101 in Oceanside Ca and then North Coast 101
Clearly just saying I live on South Coast 101 is clearly poorly defined except the cost to live

That's not really normal behavior.
