Topic: Dinner Review: burned pizza

Externally hosted imageFor what it was, it was okay. I'm sure I would have enjoyed it more had I not burned it.

One half was less burned. The initial flavours were rather intense tomato with the base and the pepperoni slices were slightly crisp, and salty.

There was an aftertaste of carbon after a few seconds. I was caught in the trap; to avoid the terrible aftertaste of the food, I was compelled to take another bite to bring back the tomato and salt foretaste.

One half of the pizza was crisp like a cracker but edible still, with rather a sharper hit of carbon. I took it on the chin and finished it, except for pieces of the crust I couldn't gnaw through.

I like burnt food. I intentionally burn toast, sometimes. So I'm okay with this.
