Topic: Gosh my leg went crazy last night

Last night in bed I stretched my legs out and my left calf felt like it snapped out of proper location like an elastic band. There was a twisting electric pain which was very intense and the muscle felt hard to the touch like I was really squeezing

Cramps? Either way it sucked.
