the entire set of regulars and once-regulars of the Howard Stern show has also, and the former Opie & Anthony show, it's practically a genre and was a rich mine of uncomfortable joking for many years. go back a few years, the 1960s brought us the dead-baby joke that was popular into the 1980s. this was at a time when gross-out comedy was on the rise, where part of the joke was that the subject was rather awful.
