There needs to be a team that figures out who the fuck are the people that make these sorts of weird propaganda and their motivations. Genuine feelings? Attempt to sell to the gullible? Payments by monied elites? Disinformation from other governments? It takes time to draw these things and I have to wonder what a pain in the ass to compose them it is for the person if it turns out that they have zero personal feeling involved.
