sweet, now is there one where it looks like a layer of clear plastic is encasing a head smaller than that? Like someone used a real head and put it in a mold

An adult human head is usually slightly larger than a standard bowling ball. You would either have to make a larger than standard bowling ball or use a smaller head. (Maybe a shrunken head?) You can get clear resin to cast it in for pretty cheap. It would look pretty creepy, but you might have some issues with weight and center of gravity that you would have to address if you actually wanted to bowl with it.
