Seeing the line graph of Electromagnetic Spectrum, made me wonder if rainbows are charting more than just visible light.
When imagining this extended rainbow, I wonder if it is more like a cone than a circle.

We humans have limits on what WE can view in the visible spectrum. I had to look this up and there are other creatures that can see more than you or I

As for a cone - In the RF part of the spectrum it is easy to direct the radiation at the higher end of the spectrum from AM frequencies all the way up. This antenna pattern is the type most Radars use. However AM Radio with enough separate antennas can be very directional as well.
