I find situations like this to be very interesting. Talk about scary! Nine days or so in a dark cave. Over a mile underground. What a bad way to die!

Oh I know right? Being trapped like a rat in a cage, separated from their parents, what a tragedy right? I couldn't even begin to imagine their suffering. 9 whole days, that's sounds so scary, like an indefinite stay trapped like that, so terrifying.

They were touristing in a cave facility when a sudden flood swept them away deep into the cave complex, which is now completely flooded. The waters are receding but not fast enough, and the kids will need to learn how to cave dive and swim the 2 and a half (iirc) miles to the entrance. It's a sports team and their coach.
