Backing up bert for a momento. bert can put gas in his lawnmower - Indy on the other hand cannot because he is always to drunk to find the hole for the tank, and wood end up photoshoping his face on some image showing that he can.
I looked up in detail exactly where bert works. Then those posts by current and former employees that work at that Horrid place. They work people to death literally and have people standing in line to take the vacant job. Terrible back breaking work. People want the work because there is always overtime
