Is Optane™ one of those additives that you pour into the gas tank of your liquid-cooled Rolls Royce?

No. It is Intel cache memory intended to speed up hard drives. What is your opinion?
Also, aren’t just about all cars these days liquid cooled??

The name makes it sound like a made up product designed to rip off stupid people. They need a better name.

As far as I know. I was kind of riffing on the hype marketing idea while combining recent shtick.

But that is what it is. It's only people like OP that fall for it.

I just can't take it seriously with that goofy name. It sounds like what Exxon would call their premium gas (Only Exxon Supreme has the power of OPTANE!).
Actually they have fancy water why don't they have fancy gasoline? Like you could buy the purest single-origin gasoline triple-distilled from the finest Alaska oil, refined and barreled on-site. And Rolls Royce and Ferrari owners would debate the merits of different vintages (the 2004 Venezuelan blend would be okay for mowing your lawn, I suppose, but for the Bentley it's only the finest shale-mellowed and 55 gallon steel barrel-aged 1987 Permian reserve).

Dang man you live in Huston so you get FRESH gas as opposed to me who gets older gas sent via pipe from Los Angeles. Or perhaps older as in aged is better.
One pipeline so I just verified that those special Additives are added locally
We do have a choice on price we pay based on brands. So mentally you can feel more better paying at the most expensive dealer.
