Most hamburgers outside USAmerican fast food in Aussie and NZ have beetroot and tomato, it's expected. Many also have a friend egg but it's less common to be included without specifically ordering it.

Most burgers in USA have Tomatoes - Beet root? Doubt I have had any of that - Have a dislike of Beets - Might have had Beetroot in a soup in Russian as it was called Borsch but was Green and not red and I liked that version.
Worked and Lived in Australia and I did not try any version of fast food joints there as I remember.

Lots of countries I have only visited. Places like China which is a filthy disgusting fowl place I wood NEVER EVER Live in. It is good for retards like Indy with poor education and few skills who will eat anything and enjoys the smell of filth to be.
Traveling on other peoples money is the best deal of all. When one can do that for ALL Expenses that is a cool deal. Also in USA I have not once been to Kansas or Indiana and could look at map and probably find one more state not visited
