The plastic compartment had a good heft to it, and it included a free fork made of premium quality plastic. I found the fork difficult to extract from the little compartment though.

The food was delicious, truly a high quality meal. I would eat this again. Literally, I'm still hungry.

It was sealed up in the plastic container and probably only a few days old.
