it will never happen, there will always be a human in there, specially with flying
most people will simply stop flying if there's no pilot there in the event of troubles
remotely flying is not an option and fully automated could also be hacked by allah akbar personnel

I met that guy loooong ago. Famous lines I like he said
"Described UNIX as "snake oil"
And this one he ended up being totally rite on about

He was totally off base re future of computers. His view was we all wood end up with simple terminals to a Mainframe
