Oh Mansions? Never once have I claimed I own a Mansion - Such under current Coastal Commission rules just does not happen.

2 Houses and 4 Condos and not one can by SqFeet be classified as Mansion locally - Does not include the house I bought in Cambridge Mass which is also for sure NOT a Mansion by Mass standards

Also to note only the Cardiff and Boston houses are fully paid for. One Carlsbad Condo is 95% paid off and the others have Mortgage. One Condo has a 2nd Mortgage in order to pay off a past partner - So bottom line is I depend on Lease holders to pay off dem Mortgage's

Just looked this up in the Barrio section of Carlsbad. NO Ocean View and probably 15 minute walk to water
$579,000 for a VACANT LOT LoL - Neighborhood is not really all that bad but it is the bottom line $ area of that city and is about a 15 minute walk from a Condo I own in that city and one I used to live in
