So...my office is directly next to City Welfare. As we speak a man is going balistic because he is trying to get money for his perscription and they will not accept a tattoo as a valid form of ID. He has no other ID on him. He is probably the angriest welfare visitor I've heard to date, and that's saying something. Here's an excerpt:
"WHAT THE FUCK YOU FUCKING CUNT WHY WOULD I HAVE SOMEONE ELSES'S NAME TATTOOD ON ME? DO YOU REALLY FUCKING THINK THIS IS SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME?"
"Sir that isn't the point, it just isn't valid ID."
"STOP TRYING TO FUCK ME OVER AND GIVE ME HELP. YOU CAN OBVIOUSLY SEE I HAVE MY NAME TATTOOED ON ME AND I'M NOT FUCKING MAKING IT UP. STOP FUCKING ME RIGHT NOW."
It's been like this for like fifteen minutes, the lady in welfare told him she was going to call the police if he didn't settle down, this has only angered him.

He got taken away, afterwards I stopped by to talk to one of the people in welfare. Turns out this bro also had a giant anarchy "A" symbol tattooed on his face. The guy with an anarchy "A" tat on his face came crawling to welfare for free money...irony anyone?
