I’m not sure; it depends on what language set that is from. The ranges of characters were selected by hand and should include common languages like Japanese, Chinese, Hebrew, and Cyrillic. I think it specifically excludes zero-width (diacritics used for ZALGO text) and fixed-width (typically used for spam) characters. Some Asiatic languages that are less common are excluded, but I don’t remember which ones.
