but if you use at least one real strain you can make up a cross of it by adding something random
nobody can check if you didn't cross breed something new yourself in your basement or attic
you create it, you name it

I'm confused though. "Strain" is like a breed, right? So like bulldogs, chihuahuas, poodles, labradors are "strains" of dog. They're all dogs but they all have, like, different features and stuff. Or macintosh, granny smith, gala, golden delicious are "strains" of apple.

It's the same thing for weed? It's not like a brand where you have Franzia chardonnay and Gallo chardonnay but they're the same "strain" of wine.

Yes. Different strains produce different effects. BingBang Kush might make you giggly while OG FireBlaze might make you introspective and chill or whatever.

Anyone can make whatever strain if they have the seeds or know how to breed for them.

But grocery stores manage to keep standardized strains of produce. Like if I ask two different greengrocers for bartlett pears, I know pretty much what I'm going to get even if they're from different stores.

Menthol smokes got banned here a couple years ago so you can only get native menthols or from elsewhere and I haven't seen anyone smoke any since except for last year when kyla brought back a carton from the states

I can't remember any of the edgy 14 year olds I knew smoking menthols. Marlboro red was the big thing back then. Of course if you wanted to be a bit different you could do Camels. I never got into smoking but I do think Camels smell better.
