They are not afraid to put "gifted and talented" right in the name of the school. But would you send your kid to the Joe Berk School for the Fair to Middling and Mediocre? Because that's what most people can handle

no. if 99% of pizza joints aren't the best and only one is then that means there are only 100 pizza joints
