Topic: Working Out During Ramadan? How to protect my GAINS???

I was wondering how those of you who regularly lift manage during Ramadan? I just started seriously working out this year so I have zero experience lifting while fasting all day/praying Taraweeh at night. Alhamdulilah I’ve worked pretty hard and consistently so I really do not wanna lose my GAINS. Is there a game plan that you follow that helps you keep in shape during this month? Even more, do you have any tips when it comes to your diet during Ramadan? I already know my Desi family is gonna have mad fried food (samosa life) for iftar every night haha

Yes eat only Kosher pig. Just have butcher circumcise it before killing it.
