Have you ever considered designing your own font? I had a dream last night that you had designed a font, and it had “holes in it” (dream logic), and I peed on it. Then I woke up and wondered if you might make your own font. Wouldn't playing with the tools develop and hone that skill somewhat? You might have fun doing it, even if it's just playing around.
