she's some 2-bit actress caught up in some dudes multilevel marketing scam turned sex-cult. not sure why this makes you think of an all powerful pedophile cult that secretly runs the world or how this adds any credibility to that kind of idea. i did read the article thinking it was going to touch on some kind of larger sex trafficking group or something, but no, it's just the smallville actress and her old ass boyfriend no one has ever heard of. nothing about this speaks to any kind of larger conspiracy.

that explains a lot about your beliefs, actually. no wonder you're mostly cool with whatever, if they're all secretly pedophiles in your mind then they're all ultimately interchangeable to you. i think the idea that they're all the same is utter horse shit, and it lets them get away with anything. i've heard you excuse many, many things by saying "politician X is just as bad and would've done the same thing," when instead you should've, or could've, been asking for them to be held accountable. and honestly, doing that just lets the absolute worst of them win. you just make up excuses in your head that fixes everything by imagining that anyone else would've been just as bad.

Yeah, it's a weird MLM cult thing in Albany, NY. (with some property in Mexico?) There are plenty of weird cults to get involved in if you're Hollywood, but this isn't one of them.

Other than Scientology, there are plenty of fringe religious groups. Family International still has a presence I think. Tony Alamo just died recently, but his ministries still run buses to church services and prey on the homeless. There are a lot of "traveling ministries" that hold free seminars in the area to rope people in - usually with some kind of evangelical end-times spiel. I'm sure can find some freaky woo-woo stuff in local yoga groups or the Transcendental Meditation centers. There's an OTO lodge not far away, or you could get involved with the Aetherius Society. Really just head down Sunset Blvd. and collect fliers people hand you. I'm sure you'll find a good selection.
