state run television isn't the same thing as independent nwes organizations. RT gets the warning because it's propaganda organized and paid for by the state to further the sate's agenda that doesn't work to publish verified and fact checked news. BCC and CNN don't get the warning because they aren't peddlers of state propaganda, but are instead operating as the free press, an important part of our democracy specifically given it's own protections in the Constitution to prevent it from becoming state propaganda.

BBC is state run and tax payer funded. Don't buy in to them being independent. Plus, even if you never watch the BBC but only watch commercial tv you still have to pay a license fee that only goes towards BBC programmes.
