Like if there was someone tried for slavery and he tried to sway the law due to his strong knowledge of it, strong understanding of human psychology, great use of word manipulation that could create a loophole out of nothing, and his extraordinary use of logic?

Aren't juries in USAmerica incredibly dumb and consist of toothless hillbilly Trump supporters? This seems easy for such a bad guy to control things in his favor.
