Even if there were such a test, doctors would likely want some assurance that their patient was stabile enough to handle looking like a woman.
Regarding your case and the internet. You got a womans hoodie and called it going out as a woman. But if you still look like a male in every way, how did the hoodie change the experience to going out as a woman? Not being mean but I don't understand it.
