UPDATE: Picked it up from Office Depot and put it together. The box is huge and heavy (60 lbs!). The website said the upholstery was bonded leather but the tag on the bottom says it's PVC. It's alright though, it's nice PVC. In fact I prefer it to leather because PVC is made in chemical plants and is a testament to man's ingenuity whereas leather is just some rotting carcass they stretched out to dry.
It's insanely comfortable, it's like sitting in a Rolls Royce but unlike Matt I actually own the $200 chair ?

To be honest, I have sat in Meta’s chair model before, and it is comfortable as hell. I hate to admit this, but when I compare it to the Rolls Royce Phantom™ driver’s seat that I tested out last week, well, the chair is actually more comfortable.
