There are people here who suspect that I am mentally insane. I decided to allow them the oppotunity to rate my insanity on a scale of 1, perfectly sane, to 10, put him in a straightjacket. For the additional challenge, we will exclude the diagnosis of gender dysphoria.

Yes, and this is because I do not fully see myself as a perfectly healthy individual since I still get depression that isn't related to the gender dysphoria. I, with a good conscience, cannot vote myself a 1.
