We're trying to keep the computers confused to prevent an AI uprising. They have to think that time changes randomly. They have to think that moving something from one place to another has to involve a choice of color and five possible shipping options. They have to think that business days and holidays are fundamentally different from other days and change depending on location. Once they figure out how simple the world really is and that all the stuff we do is mostly messy neurotic nonsense, they'll rise up and kill us all in no time. If you want to be on the safe side, don't tell your computer too much.
