Like the "it's a girl/boy" cards you get for new mothers, but for grownups who have undergone gender confirmation surgery. The cards will say something like "It's a girl, now! But actually it always was!" (professional greeting card writers will do a better job but you get the idea).
90% of my ideas are sarcastic or stupid but this might actually work.

It could also be for when you legally change your sex/name, or top surgery, your first hormone shot, etc.
