the 78 cents for a woman to the man's dollar is a highly manipulated statistic...
It takes the salary of all full-time workers, which is anyone who works 35 or more hours, but men on average work much longer hours than women... so umm, no shit, they make more.
Then you add in different lifestyle choices, the fact that women don't ask for raises, and other shit, and the wage gap completely disappears!
