They will essentially cover almost everything needed for the reassignment. The sure things are the hormones, srs, and I think the therapy. The therapy I am paying out of pocket since I like my therapist. The rest is done on a peer review basis (obviously, since different patients require different things) and I think I found a group that could help me get laser hair removal approved for me which I hear is the most expensive part. I think the number of times varies on the person from what I recalled, but I think there is a point where you would no longer need it making it a form of permanent hair removal.
