Tofu is a bit weird to have in Indian (-inspired) food but that sounds good

Don't you think it's a bit redundant to specify that it's "dairy free", "lactose free" and "vegan"? Vegan means no dairy products. It's like saying something is pork free/alcohol free/halal. Just say it's "vegan" and people will understand there's no milk in it.

Also it looks like shit and I wouldn't eat one if you paid me $50. Where's the beef?!
