the youtube channel is named "The Common Sense Conservative" which sounds as though the operator of the channel is very inclined to look at every little thing in life through political ways of understanding, which is all too common and tiresome, and frankly, cultish.

It's just a 19 second clip taken from news coverage of her speaking to a crowd. It starts her talking mid-sentence so that the out-of-context title makes sense. Maybe tacking on wacky title will get his channel some clicks if the Alex Jones crowd spreads the link around? Is that what this guy is banking on? A lot of his videos look like conservative blogger clickbait.
