Why do autism sufferers not understand gender and have a high incidence of crossdressing but are technically incapable of gender dysphoria? Follow-up question: If autists by definition cant be trannies, why are there so many who claim to be?

@OPenis
As any schoolboy can tell you, autism sufferers are incapable of experiencing gender dysphoria precisely because they are incapable of understanding gender. One cannot feel dysphoric about something which one cannot understand. Thanks.

What is your evidence that Autists cannot understand gender?

@previous (Depressionman !iAYoMftFR2)
They *can* understand it but not intuitively. It's a well known fact that they struggle with understanding gender, much material available on net re google.com.

Well I think that a surprisingly bug number if men have casual sissy fetishes, but only autists feel that it socially acceptable to live a fetish. Not only that but many autists think in absolutes. So if they do things that aren't typically masculine, they must be women right?

I think that a lot of them lie about having dysphoria

Autism. Is. Not a sexless personality. But. A sexless mind.
