Then it naturally follows that there should also be no representation without taxation. USAmericans whom fail to uphold their fiscal responsibilities should be forbidden from voting in elections. Thanks.

There is not a rule that says that there can be no taxation without representation (look at Washington, D.C.). It was the rally cry of the American revolutionaries, but there is no such law that it must be so.
