I think there are an equal number of female and male aspies. Their gender just displays it diffrently, women blend in more or stay in their tight social group where as males are more likely to sperg out due to lack of friends and family.

there's a study that there is less autism when the mother has folate supplements very early in pregnancy, and also epilepsy medicine taken by the mother increases autism but the folate helps against that effect also

Its easier to pass as female to male. Testosterone really sculpts the body and facial features
