Having little knowledge of UK laws on battery - Can the guy you battered sue you and take your flat as well as empty your wallet?

So I looked up assault for UK
common assault is basicaly any injury up to a black eye, brusing and that sort of thing.
Its summary - ie 6 months in prison maximum.
it can get a bit complicated as CPS charge commom assault as above but crime is recorded as any injury of any level is abh.
Given you are still part of the Eu - Just taking a photo of someone without permission is against the law.

You should definitely prepare to pay for the window being replaced..
even if they dont get the law involved your name will be mudd if you don't handle it forthrightly..
