The two participants each hold a cat and face each other. On the count of three they move their cats so the cats are being held on their back (like a baby) and start rubbing the cats' tummies. This causes the cats to start biting and scratching the shit out of the teens. The first one to drop their cat is the "pussy" (get it?) and loses the game.
