The rules are simple.
1. Go to nytimes.com
2. Ctrl-f "Russia", see how many hits there are (for example right now it's 8)
3. That's how many shots you have to take
Needs a catchy name, though.

Open a random topic on Cms front page and take a shot every time Matt is mentioned.
(beginner level:
Same but every time Green is mentioned.
