Imagine we all lived in a world with universal basic income and that the income for everyone was ten million dollars. The prices and everything would be the same in this scenario as they are in our actual world just for the sake of simplicity. However, the catch is, you have to be working in order to acquire this income. Now knowing that you get paid the same amount as everyone else, freeing you up to choose a profession you want to do. What would be your chosen profession and why?

That's just the term that /sci/ uses whenever they think about automation taking our jobs as if the first thing our Western governments would do would be to turn to socialism.

you're fucking deluded by the way
everyone gets ten million dollars a year but prices and 'everything' stay the same?
Go do some serious research on UBI and come back. Because I can't have a conversation with someone who just repeats shit they heard on 4chan as fact.
