It would be high quality materials. It would have an option to make a "buck" sound on the hour, maybe one buck per hour value, though maybe six bucks should be replaced by a single errrrrahh. Then errrrrahh buck buck would be eight o'clock. There would be a voiced time option and it would say, "it is 8 o'cluck".
