The launch window is between 1:30 PM ET and 4:00 PM ET. At this very moment the launch is planned to take off at --3:05-- 3:10 EST howsomever it is windy.

If this all works out the Rockets will return to the launch pad later and the Red Tesla will be available to anyone for free which may not include factory warranty.
