Which laws? The...
- Ones in Australia banning small tits, and Queens' dentists
- The IP laws taking down copyright infringing sites, and torrent sites.
- The new one in Tennessee banning offensive images.
- And many, many more
I stopped caring about these a while ago. Get used to it, there will be more restriction in the future, we have to stop fighting this, and make any new laws irrelevant.
The political fight on this can't be won. Focusing your attention on these will just waste your energy, when it could be better spent...

Yes, that's right TOR Here no one can stop small-tittied porn, offensive images, and torrent sites. This makes any laws pointless. It is not just for CP and Drugs, like those against internet freedoms would have you believe. Each new law is another reason to install Tor, and start using it.
A indexer, and Tracker can be hosted on Tor, and their location kept secret. The actual filesharing can be done directly (encrypted).
Imageboards with many offensive images can exist on Tor. There is nothing stopping someone from putting up an imageboard, and keeping a no-CP rule (because I for one, don't want to see that shit).
Sites like MC are slowly being targeted by fascists who are against free speech, and so hopefully you see that Tor is something that you need to consider.

Most of the time Minichan loads in like 3 seconds over Tor; it's definitely quicker than it used to be. It varies a lot though.

I like talk.masked quite a bit, even though the flow of discussion can be somewhat glacial at times.TinyBBS inside Tor network could make sense since it comes with a system that allows you to enforce bans rather effectively.

It was ghost-written, and that article verifies that claim by saying it was written by Lew Rockwell. Very unwise of Ron Paul to let something like that go out with his name on it, and it's fair to criticize him for that, but they're not his views.
