The law prohibits the online distribution of any image that might "frighten, intimidate or cause emotional distress" to someone who sees it.
That's anything. If it causes distress,fear, etc, then it's a criminal offence. Ghost picture that scares someone? Illegal? Goatse? illegal. Picture of your ex? Illegal.

Sigh, yet another story about the misguided and unrealistic hope that legislation drafted by people who obviously have no grasp of how the underlying technology or world actually work will solve a non-existent problem.
I find this unapologetically stupid and ineffective attempt by Tennessee to lurch onward toward some vision of a bureaucratic nanny state both frightening and emotionally disturbing. I suppose I will draft a formal complaint asking the Tennessee state legislature to remove any images associated with the news story or containing details of the law from the net.

I think it's the right way to go. If he secures the GOP nomination, the conservative sheep will follow him. All they care about is their team, and voting for whoever shows up in the nationalist party. Many libertarians (sane right wing) will vote for him.
On the other side, you have the liberals. They might not agree with him completely, but he is serious about what he says. If you vote for him you know he will take action, and do much more good than harm.
He's a good choice for both sides. Then again, many on both sides may see him as "the enemy".
