This game is so weird and yet it's actually intriguing.The story basically follows humanity after it's "darkest century" and the signularity happens. Humans depart from their flesh and meat bodies to essentially become disembodied brains that can control multiple robotic bodies. Humans use this to start exploring the galaxy where they make first contact with extraterrestrial life and begin intergalactic trade. There are a number of different factions each with their own technology and there are apparently several different game modes although I haven't played the main campaign yet.
I can recommend this game for its uniqueness.
