They could set up little polling booths at Walmart. Make it so you just take your voter registration certificate which a one time use QR code you can scan and it will pull up your ballet and you can vote. Or even better one of those chips they put in credit cards. Or even better make it chip and PIN to prevent people using stolen voter certificates.
