Has to do with the trucking industry. Obama signed that all drivers have to take a sleep apnea test. He was dumb enough to think that all crashes were from drivers falling asleep.
Trump had people review it and there was no sufficient evidence to prove that the drivers had fallen asleep, so he eliminated it.
