I would think race would be something like mongoloid, caucasoid and negroid.

Ethnicity would be something like Pacific Islander, Western European, and Sub-Saharian African.

Nationality would be Italian, Chinese, and Mexican.

People commonly say Hispanic is a race. Do you agree? What about Polynesian, Melanesian, Micronesian &c. &c.? Are these ethnicities or something less? What race do they belong to?

Modern Anthropology says that race does not exist. There is no such thing as race -- only ethnicity and cultures. We are all Homo Sapiens Sapiens, the human race.
