It's a super blue blood moon, so it's going to be of noble birth and have super powers. Both aristocracy and superheroes are big on wearing tights and capes, so this should be pretty cool.

Nope. The penumbral eclipse begins at 2:51 PST. Full eclipse starts around 5am and ends a little after 6am, just before sunrise. It should be a good view out over the ocean if there isn't too much marine layer coming in this morning.
